It was 9-9 after 3, and 16-13 after 7, and then stuff started rolling down the hill. J&N was shorthanded, and the injuries are starting to take effect like running out of duct tape at a leper colony. Jaime Pagan continued his hitting streak and ended up 3/5, George Hammer 4/6, Mark Battastoni 5/6 with 2 RBIs, Steve Savod 3/5 with an RBI, Von Ahouse 4/6 with an RBI, Stan Silverman 3/6 with an RBI ( and his second outfield catch in 2 games, which was celebrated by a standing ovation by both teams, 2 joggers, a dog-walker and a labradoodle, a memory that he will always treasure). Billy Volpe 4/4 with a walk and an RBI, and Joe DiChiara 4/5 with 3 RBI’s. Maybe next time.
